Information we collect
2.1 Site visits & browsing behaviour

6.1 AI Image Prompt disclaimer
Image prompts listed on this site (for Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, and similar tools) are text instructions only. The actual image produced depends entirely on the AI platform you use, its version, and its rendering settings.
6.2 AI Video Prompt disclaimer
Video prompts (for Runway, Kling AI, Hailuo AI, PixVerse, Veo, Sora, Pika, Luma, and similar tools) are also text instructions only. Motion, style, duration, and quality of any generated video will vary between platforms and versions.
6.3 Prompt accuracy disclaimer
We aim to keep prompts accurate and functional, but AI platforms update their models frequently, which can change how a prompt performs over time. We do not warrant that any prompt will produce a specific, exact, or "guaranteed" result on any platform.
User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use any prompt obtained from SurajSpace Prompt, including:
- Complying with the terms of service of the AI platform you use the prompt on
- Reviewing and complying with that platform's content policies and licensing terms
- Checking licensing and copyright status before using any AI-generated output commercially

Copyright & intellectual property
Prompt text, prompt packs, tutorials, and original written content published on SurajSpace Prompt are the intellectual property of SurajSpace Prompt or its contributing authors, unless otherwise stated. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing prompt packs in bulk without permission is not permitted.
Outputs generated by third-party AI tools using our prompts are governed by that platform's own terms — SurajSpace Prompt makes no ownership claim over images, videos, or text you personally generate elsewhere.
Fair usage policy
Prompts are provided for personal, educational, and reasonable commercial use in line with each destination platform's own rules. Automated bulk-scraping of the catalogue, republishing entire prompt packs as your own, or reselling unmodified content obtained from SurajSpace Prompt is considered unfair use and may result in access being restricted.

SurajSpace Prompt is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI, ChatGPT, Sora, Google Gemini, Veo, Anthropic, Claude, Midjourney, Stability AI, Stable Diffusion, Black Forest Labs, Flux, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, Runway, Kuaishou, Kling AI, Hailuo AI, PixVerse, Pika, Luma AI, or ComfyUI, except where explicitly stated. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Different AI platforms may produce noticeably different outputs from the exact same prompt, due to differences in model architecture, training data, version, and default settings. This is expected and outside SurajSpace Prompt's control.

Data retention
